Wooden Caterpillar originates from Russia and is a family-run company creating and producing quality toys for children since 2015. Their mission is to inspire creative and open-ended play with simple and solid toys that can be played with for generations.
Wooden Caterpillar toys meet the EU toy safety requirements under European standard EN-71 (CE certified). They use primary timber species like ash wood, oak, hard maple and juniper because of the beauty of the wood grain, contrasting colours and durability. All wooden caterpillar toys are either finished with cold-pressed linseed oil or painted. All their toys are hand painted with non-toxic paints that comply with European Testing Standards.
